BathBridge operates as an online contractor aggregator that helps homeowners compare bathroom remodeling companies based on service categories, project scope fit, and communication preferences.

BathBridge is not a remodeling contractor, construction company, or service provider.

BathBridge does not perform renovation work, provide construction services, or employ contractors. The Platform’s role is limited to facilitating connections between users and independent third-party contractors.

3. Independent Contractors

All renovation, installation, or remodeling services are performed exclusively by independent third-party contractors.

BathBridge does not:

  • supervise contractor work
  • control project execution
  • guarantee contractor availability
  • guarantee project outcomes
  • guarantee pricing or timelines

Users are responsible for independently evaluating contractors before entering into any agreement.

Any service agreement is made directly between the user and the contractor.

4. Estimates and Pricing

BathBridge does not provide estimates, project pricing, or quotes.

Any pricing information, project scope, materials, or service agreements are determined solely by the contractor and the customer.

5. Payments

BathBridge does not collect payments for contractor services.

All payments for remodeling work are handled directly between the user and the selected contractor.

6. No Warranties

BathBridge makes no guarantees or warranties regarding:

  • contractor qualifications
  • licensing or insurance status
  • project timelines
  • workmanship quality
  • materials used
  • compliance with building codes

Any warranties related to construction services must be provided by the contractor performing the work.

7. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate project information
  • reviewing contractor credentials
  • verifying licensing and insurance where applicable
  • carefully reviewing contractor agreements before signing

BathBridge encourages users to perform their own due diligence when selecting a contractor.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BathBridge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • the use of the Platform
  • interactions with contractors
  • services performed by independent contractors

BathBridge is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from contractor services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to remodeling services must be resolved directly between the user and the contractor providing those services.

BathBridge is not a party to agreements between users and contractors.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and website design, is the property of BathBridge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms

BathBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

BathBridge may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if these terms are violated or if misuse of the Platform is detected.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
